​More than 100 selected ancient works, mainly from Greek Museums, narrate the glorious history of the Olympics, transfer the virtual visitors into their birthplace, explain the organization of the games and speak about the ideals with which they have been imbued.

The website, with its attractive style, user friendly navigation and dynamic content, is accessible and available in 4 languages (Greek, English, Chinese and French). Its aim is to arouse the interest mainly of the younger generation in the most important athletic event both in ancient and in modern times, while sketching its cultural framework and the intertemporal values of peace and fair play.
