​Following the official launch of the European Year of Cultural Heritage​ 2018 at the Culture Forum in Milan, as well as in many other European countries, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Greece will host a special musical event, in the Megaron Athens Concert Hall, on Wednesday 7 February 2018, at 7:00 p.m.
The event "Rebetiko Meets Flamenco and Fados" is placed under the auspices of the President of the Hellenic Republic.

Three urban popular traditions, born and developed in the ports of the Mediterranean, are presented on stage, on the occasion of the inscription of the Rebetiko tradition in the UNESCO International List of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
