According to the article 28 of the L. 2190/1994 as applicable and the ΔΙΔΑΔ/Φ.18.31/2361/oik circular of the Ministry of Administrative Reconstruction dated June 14^th,. 2019, during the period between the declaration of the parliamentary elections up until the oath ceremony of the Government to emerge as per article 37 of the Constitution, it is prohibited, save for specific exceptions, the issuance of acts concerning the nomination or the employment of all kinds of staff of the services and legal entities as per article 14 par.1 of the L. 2190/1994 as in force as well as any other equivalent act of office alterations that is prescribed in other provisions of similar content.

The deadlines for the submission of applications of participation that had been announced before the declaration of the elections are interrupted and shall continue right after the expiry of the suspension up until the completion of the period that remains per case till their expiry.

In view of the foregoing facts, a new announcement shall follow by the Ministry of Culture and Sports, after the oath ceremony of the new Government, defining the accurate date of start and expiry of the deadline for the submission of participation applications related to the Ministerial Decision no. ΥΠΠΟΑ/ΓΔΔΥΗΔ/ΔΔΑΔ/ΤΔΥΕΦ/296052/24383/23748/778/3-6-2019 (Gov.Gaz. 24/ΑΣΕΠ/7.6.2019) with the subject "International notice for expression of interest in filling the post of Director at the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Athens (EMST), determination of special qualifications and selection standards"
