On Saturday, 22nd of June, the city of Preveza will host a magnificent cultural event. The reason for the presentation of "Axion Esti" by Odysseus Elytis and Mikis Theodorakis at the Roman Odeum of Ancient Nicopolis with free entrance. Contributors to the event are the popular singer Dimitris Basis, the chant Giorgos Matthalakakis and the actor Christodoulos Stylianos, and an orchestra under the direction of Theodoros G. Lembesis.
The event is organized by the Municipality of Preveza, the Prefecture of Epirus, the Ephorate of Antiquities of Preveza and the Harmonia Chorus, which will take part in the presentation, celebrating in this way the 50-year continuous offer of local cultural activities.
The doors will open for public at 19:45.
