The house of Bishop (Episkopio) is a two storied with underground mansion of 18th century. The ''Episkopio'' of Metropolis of Servia and Kozani is one of the most important and historic buildings of Kozani, designated as an archaeological monument by Royal Decree.

The restoration began in 2006 and continued until 2009, in order to bring the building back to its previous architectural form.It is held under the supervision of 17th EBA.

Reconstruction and restoration were carried out in the mansion. The internal painting of the walls of the masonry was done, while the wooden floors, the internal wooden stairs, the baths and kitchen were placed. A ceiling, which remained from the old building, was revealed and restored. In the meantime new ceilings replaced the old destroyed ones.
